Thinking of UKRAINE today,
attacked and invaded by Russland troops. They destroyed the home of millions of Ukrainians. The troops did the worst crimes against humanity!
The proof for what happened is all over neighboring countries, refugees in millions, also here in Germany. Very many women with children, many with empty looks in their faces, deeply traumatized.
The horrible stories that my parents and grandparents told about Russian troops in Germany at the end of WW2 came back to my mind. I had hoped that all that was passed and history.
Having spend a lot of time in Georgia, I could witness that these crimes still happen in our time: In the war in 2008 the in Georgia. It was a turning point in my thinking.
What is happening in Ukraine since last year, is beyond words…!
