This is not a coincidence: Four TV directors in Poland resigned yesterday, facing strong wind from the government, sweeping away diversity and achievements of democracy. With a new media law the government aims at getting control over all media in the country.
The new media law follows on the same path the new government has chosen to follow to get control of key stakeholders in the country, thereby overrrunning basic principles and rights a democratic state.
