It is a pity that it seems to be so difficult to deal with opinions other than the leading ones. On one hand, there is free internet in Azerbaijan, and all information is free and available. On the other hand there seems to be a lot of fear going around. Hopefully help from the OSCE will be accepted. Hopefully those will be heard who need to be heard. The way to democracy is long, and you need to walk on.
